Unity of believers in Faith Diversity

Meaning of unity
Unity means the union among the people serving the same goal or having the same purpose. Those who believe in Jesus Christ are united by their beliefs on resurrected Jesus as the savior of their lives. Faith diversity
Faith diversity means having different variation on what we believe because of having different denominations. Before coming together as one we have first to understand faith diversity. By understanding faith diversities we can have the following things in common:-
1. Faith; must be one.
2. Waiting for the coming Jesus
3. Understanding each other, respecting one another, listening to one another using selective listening. (Selective listening allows you to get knowledge and skills from different denomination without being changed what you believe.)
4. Being one and do what we are sharing the common beliefs together.

How can the believers be united?
We can be united though we are having different backgrounds. This can be done by doing the following:-
a) Accept our diverse backgrounds
English Standard Version Mark 3:13-19 “And he went up on the mountain and called to him those whom he desired, and they came to him. And he appointed twelve (whom he also named apostles) so that they might be with him and he might send them out to preach and have authority to cast out demons. He appointed the twelve: Simon (to whom he gave the name Peter); James the son of Zebedee and John the brother of James (to whom he gave the name Boanerges, that is, Sons of Thunder); Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Zealot, and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed him.”
All these apostles appointed by Jesus Christ they had different backgrounds and all were sent to preach and had the authority to cast out demons. Therefore no matter we are having the different backgrounds we can still preach the good news to the people and cast out the demons. We have to accept our diverse backgrounds.

b) Stand to serve the common goals
English Standard Version Luke 9:49-50 “John answered, Master, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we tried to stop him, because he does not follow with us. But Jesus said to him, Do not stop him, for the one who is not against you is for you.” The problem of our denominations today is to uplift themselves, they do not preach the word of God instead is the discussion on other denominations. As John saw that the apostles had the right of using the name of Jesus and no other people should use his name. But Jesus answered him “Do not stop him, for the one who is not against you is for you.”

c) Being bonded together in basics of faith
Amplified Bible Ephesians 4:1-6 “So I, the prisoner for the Lord, appeal to you to live a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called [that is, to live a life that exhibits godly character, moral courage, personal integrity, and mature behavior, a life that expresses gratitude to God for your salvation], with all humility [forsaking self-righteousness], and gentleness [maintaining self-control], with patience, bearing with one another in [unselfish] love. Make every effort to keep the oneness of the Spirit in the bond of peace [each individual working together to make the whole successful]. There is one body [of believers] and one Spirit just as you were called to one hope when called [to salvation] one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of us all who is [sovereign] overall and [working] through all and [living] in all.”
